Yes, my friends it appears as if members of less than half of our Congress will force through legislation that is hated by the majority of the American people. Is this democracy? I think not –  One could not imagine any group of people so willing to create political suicide if it were not for the simple idea that what they are really trying to create is not health care reform, but a systematic bankrupting of the American Capitalist system in order to place themselves in the power positions, in other words a despotic oligarchy. Just by virtue of having been a member of Congress for one lousy term these people have their lives set – free health care, massive pensions, opportunities the average Joe would never have access to.

They have the power, we don’t and that message has been so thoroughly rammed down the throats of the people of this country it is truly frightening. The only thing left for congress now is to simply vote themselves into office in perpetuity. It would really save time in the great take over by the ‘we’re right and your stupid’ crowd.

Now, I must say that up to this point I really believed that the system would work, that the will of the people would be heard, but the condescension being rained down on the populace from the lofty heights of D.C. have really begun to erode my faith. However, all is not lost yet, the outrage of the people suggests that there will be hell to pay if this sort of thing continues and I’d really hate to see what will happen if this health care bill passes.
